1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd98 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the bd98 online casino and sports betting platform available at bd98.io and any associated mobile interfaces.

3. Account Registration

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. bd98 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds or bonus balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information requested by bd98. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. bd98 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd98 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bd98 will treat any activity carried out under your account credentials as authorised by you. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional security checks are required. bd98 applies zero platform-side fees on BDT withdrawal transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

bd98 may decline or delay a withdrawal request under the following circumstances:

• The account is under review for suspected fraudulent activity
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the account's available real-money balance
• There is a mismatch between the account details and the payment method details provided

4.5 Player Fund Protection

Player deposits held in bd98 accounts are maintained separately from the company's operational funds. bd98 does not use player deposits for corporate operating expenses. In the event of platform closure, bd98 will make reasonable commercial efforts to return outstanding player balances through the payment method on record.

6. Betting Rules

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

7. Prohibited Conduct

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your bd98 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bd98 will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no compliance review is in progress.

12.2 Termination by bd98

bd98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a legal, financial, or reputational risk to bd98. In cases of verified fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct, bd98 may freeze the account balance pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, all bonus balances, free spins, and unrealised promotional entitlements are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the conditions described in Section 12.1 above. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12 of these Terms survive the termination of your account.
